Come into Your Light!!

I saw something that disheartened me.. someone referred to herself as a "cow", I also have a problem with people who call themselves "stupid" ... Come into Your Light!!

How do we get us, all of us to understand that self love is one of the most important weapons you can arm yourself with?

Knowing and accessing the beauty inside you, give you a sense of personal power that no one or situation can take away.

I may not have control over a lot, yet I have control over ME.

There has to be a break in generational cycles of inherited stress and bullshit.
We've got learn that we have lives to live in the midst of your obligations to the rest of the world.

Knowing that you are blessed to be alive and awake each day should give folks a reason to at least begin to smile.

When you face that mirror and take a good look at yourself as you rub the crap out of the corners of your eyes, you should hopefully see a glimmer of life.

We've got to work at loving each other in such a way that it bolsters, enhances and reinforces the hidden love that is inside another human being.
